In collaboration with CDC’s Office of the Associate Director for Policy and Strategy, the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI), and the National Alliance for Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions (National Alliance), the Kentuckiana Health Collaborative is engaging with GE Appliances, a Haier company, Humana, and the Kentucky Employers Health Plan to implement population health interventions to improve employee and community wellbeing.
